Changing Scheduled Future Payments

You can change a one-time scheduled future payment before the payment is posted. You can change the payment date, payment method and payment amount.

For scheduled future recurring payments, you can only change the payment method, not the payment date or amount. (To change the payment date or amount on a scheduled future recurring payment, you must deactivate the recurring payment and create a new recurring payment.)

To change a scheduled future payment:

1. Log on to SigmaPay.
2. From the link menu, click Scheduled Future Payments.
3. Click the Account number.

The Edit Future Payment screen appears.

4. In the Balance Description field, click the drop-down arrow to select a particular balance.
5. Change the payment information as needed:

• To change the payment date, type a new date in the Payment Date field. (Or click the calendar icon to select a date.)
• To change the payment method, click the down arrow in the Payment Method field and select a different method from the list of payment methods previously added. (See Setting Up Payment Accounts for instructions on adding payment methods.)
• To change the payment amount, type a different amount in the Amount field.

6. Click Update to save your changes.
