To set up payment accounts:
Log on to SigmaPay.
From the link menu, click Payment Methods.
The Bank Information screen appears, showing any payment methods you have already set up.
Click Add.
The Payment Method screen appears.
In the Payment Method field, click the down arrow to select the type of account that you want to add.
An information screen appears. For instructions for completing the fields on this screen, see the table below for the type of account you are creating.
When you have completed the information
screen, click Save.

Name of Account Holder |
Type the first and last name of the person whose name appears on the account. If more than one name is on the account, type the name of any one of the account holders. |
Account Type |
If you are paying by checking account, click to select the account type. |
Routing number |
Type the 9-digit routing number. (For information on finding this number, see Finding Routing and Account Numbers.) |
Name of Banking Institution |
Type the name of the bank. |
Bank Account Number |
Type the checking account number. (For information on finding this number, see Finding Routing and Account Numbers.) |
Re-enter Bank Account Number |
Type the checking account number again. |
Billing Address 1, 2, 3; City; State, Country, Zip |
Type the account holder’s billing address. |

Click the down arrows to enter the month and year that the credit card expires. |
Name on Credit Card

Type the person’s name exactly as it appears on the credit card. |

Type the credit card holder’s billing address exactly as it is on the credit card account. |
