Information Required for Setting Up Payment Accounts

You need to provide SigmaPay with information about the account or accounts you will use to make payments.  You can set up more than one account in the system, but only one account can be used to make a particular payment.

If you are setting up a checking or savings account, you will need to know this information:

• Routing number

• Account number

• Name of the bank

• Account holder’s name

• Account holder’s mailing address

If you are setting up a credit card account, you will need to know this information:

• Card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

• Card number

• CVV (3- or 4-digit number on the back of the card)

• Card expiration date

• Account holder’s name

• Account holder’s mailing address
